RK FAQ'S

1. a. What is an RK ? b. Who can Rent an RK ?

a. Rk means Room with Kitchen(has an attached bathroom too with western) which is specially designed to serve the purpose of bachelors who have less budget , cannot afford 1BHK and wish to start their life with ease and have PRIVACY as well.

b. We have rk for ‘single Men bachelors ONLY’ who can rent RK for a monthly rental and by paying a deposit.

ONLY “ONE SINGLE MALE BACHELOR” CAN RENT 1RK

2. Is it rentable for women Bachelor or Families ?

At present we dont have Family / Women’s RK , so both family or women cannot rent .

1.1 How long should I Stay ?

One year or 12 months Stay is compulsory. And we dont Rent or entertain those who decide to stay less than a year.

1.2. If I vacate before one year then , what will happen ?

Penalities apply.These are mentioned in the agreement and those has to be followed by you.We DONOT recommend you to Rent if you have plans to vacate before a year.

3. Can visitors come and visit me?

Only family members are allowed to visit but general visitors are restricted for both tenants and owners safety and peace.

4. Incase my family members or close friends wish to stay with me,what is the procedure ?

Pay and Stay – Make prepayment Rs 500 per person/day. Inform us priorly make pre-payment for Total number of days . Only one person WILL be allowed at a time,but Owner has the Complete Rights to Allow or Disallow Additional Members.Its Totally the owner’s Discretion.(Normally it may be allowed for Emergency Situations ONLY NOT for any Causual Stay.

5. What is the Procedure for vacating after one year or so?

Simply inform the owner before a month and you can vacate on or before 1st of the next month. A one month notice is expected.

6. What are the deductions while vacating the RK ?

One month for Painting and the nominal maintenance charges and damages (if any) will be deducted from deposit.

7. Is the Rent or Deposit Negotiable ? or can I pay Deposit in Installments , as i am in tight budget ?

The Simple answer is NO.

8. Do you provide food ?

No. You can cook your own menu – veg and non-veg. No food Restrictions here.Nearby 3 Nos-small Home Mess is available to ease bachelor’s cooking and food worries.

9. Is there any time restrictions ?

NO. We totally understand that as bachelors you need complete freedom. No Time Restrictions here.

10. What all electrical appliances i can use? can i use gas for cooking?

Yes, you can use gas/Induction for cooking .Washing machine, kettle, mixer grinder,charging all your labtops /mobiles/Tablets can be used, without paying any extra charges.Geyser (alone) is provided by us.

For using any other Type of electrical Appliances/Gadgets eg. Refrigerator, Iron Box, TV, Air Coolers ETC.. You MUST pay additional electricity charges .Inform Owner -Pay additional Charges and then ONLY you must start using it.

If found using additional electric gadgets OR appliances without prior payment it will attract huge penalties and may even lead to termination of the tenancy.

11. Will I get a Rental Agreement ?

You will get a Deposit Slip cum Agreement of Renting , once you pay the deposit and sign up as our Tenant, which will serve as a rental agreement.

12. Can I use a small refrigerator ?

For using refrigerator a nominal amount has to be borne by you and those terms are discussed in our terms and conditions while signing the tenancy.

13. Is Smoking and Drinking alllowed?

Smoking and Drinking causes injury to Health.The tenant is expected to maintain decency and decorum , avoid over drinking and smoking as well.The Tenant may be asked to vacate immediately incase they create disturbances for others.

14. Is there Simple Room available for those with Very Tight Budget -in Less Rent and Advance ?

15.Are pets allowed, Dogs, Cats ,Indoor and Outdoor plants, and etc?

Pets NOT allowed. [Dogs, Cats and etc] Indoor or Outdoor plants – Not allowed.
